We proudly hosted our sixth annual D.C. Regional PMDoS event on February 22nd with great success. This event was hosted in partnership with the University of Maryland Project Management Center for Excellence, and included representatives from local PMI chapters. More than one hundred project management volunteers worked with local nonprofit organizations to help them address their most pressing initiatives. The event began with a presentation on corporate and foundation giving trends, given by Kim Patton, Director of Partnerships - Northeast at Candid. At the end of the day, some of the nonprofit participants gave testimonials that highlighted the immense value they received from participating in the event. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
